This was a interesting project where a commercial baking oven controls were redone to be used in the tile industry. It used both a PLC and HMI and had custom code written for the application. We also had to select proper sensors to monitor the humidity and temperature to control the environment to the customers specs.

 

The AB Micro 820 was selected for this project due to its price point and that it has more power than we have seen in the ML1400 regardless how it is marketed.
